TERMS OF USE · AUGUST 2026
TERMS
OF USE.
These Terms govern access to the LionsGala website and its experimental on-chain membership experience. By using the site or submitting a transaction, you agree to review wallet prompts carefully and accept these Terms.
1. Independent project
LionsGala is an independent Web3 project. It is not affiliated with Lionsgate Entertainment, John Wick, or any related company, franchise, character, or rights holder.
2. Participation points
LionsGala Points (LGP) are non-transferable participation points with no cash value. LGP is not a cryptocurrency, security, investment product, ownership interest, or claim on project revenue. It cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for BOT.
3. Wallet transactions
Connecting a wallet does not itself transfer funds. A claim requires a user-confirmed network transaction and network fee. The optional boost requires a separate, explicit payment of exactly 0.01 BOT plus the network fee. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
4. No promises
No token, airdrop, reward, financial return, allocation, or future utility is promised or guaranteed. Roadmap items are exploratory and may change or be cancelled.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys, confirming the official domain and contract address, verifying transaction details, and complying with applicable law. LionsGala will never request your seed phrase or private key.
6. Availability and risk
The site and contract are provided on an experimental and “as available” basis. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC services, BOT Chain, and hosting systems can fail or behave unexpectedly. To the maximum extent allowed by law, you use the experience at your own risk.
7. Administration
The contract owner may pause claim and boost functions during an incident and may withdraw accumulated boost payments to a designated treasury. The published whitepaper describes these trust assumptions.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
